Requirements
- Upper-intermediate to advanced english (important )
- 5+ years of experience in Python ;
- Experience with Node.js / Nest.js ;
- Experience with React ;
- Experience working with self-hosted models such as Ollama or similar stacks;
- Experience with prompting, RAG, AI agents, and model integration;
- Experience building REST APIs;
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD;
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, or similar databases;
- Should be available to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph;
- Experience with vector databases;
- Experience with voice AI, STT/TTS, Twilio, or WebRTC;
- Experience deploying and optimizing inference workloads.
Responsibilities
- Build applications on top of self-hosted AI models;
- Develop AI agents and conversational workflows;
- Work with model orchestration, prompting, and context management;
- Implement backend services and APIs;
- Build AI services in Python;
- Develop frontend interfaces in React;
- Integrate AI features with internal and external systems;
- Support deployment and operation of AI services in cloud environments.
