Are you a technologist Software Engineer with a good knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management)?
You could be progressing your career as part of a friendly and supportive international team at a growing and hugely successful European car insurance tech company;

As a Software Engineer you will help shape the future of identity and access management through software engineering, automation and modern cloud technologies. You'll build solutions that improve how people securely access systems and services, using Infrastructure as Code, developing custom applications in Rust, and integrating leading platforms such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious software engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, improving developer and user experiences and working across Security, Engineering and People teams. You'll contribute to automation, platform development and internal tooling while helping define best practices and the next generation of identity solutions across the business.
Location / WFH The company is a big advocate of flexible working and prides itself on DEI;
you can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Madrid office once a week.
Ability to work 30 days from any EU country
About you You have experience as a Software Engineer using Python and/or Rust with a focus on IAM solutions
You have experience with Okta or similar IAM Saa S tools
You have a good understanding of Ia C, having used frameworks such as Pulumi or Terraform
You have fluent English language skills
