- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience building modern, large-scale front-end applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and edge rendering.
- Experience building or extending WYSIWYG website/page builders, visual authoring platforms, or drag-and-drop content editing experiences (strong plus).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook).
- Experience implementing personalization capabilities based on customer segments, behavior, or AI-driven recommendations.
- Exposure to microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and backend technologies.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with design system development.
