Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend development with ReactJS
- Proven experience optimizing websites for performance and SEO
- Understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility (WCAG), and SSR (Next.js is a plus)
- Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones (Pacific Time)
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s web app, working closely with the Design, Product, and Backend teams.
- Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable front-end components and systems.
- Design and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive user acquisition and improve web visibility.
- Spearhead code reviews, lead team ceremonies, and drive product discussions with a focus on technical excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge front-end technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
