About the Opportunity

As a Software Engineer I, you'll contribute to innovative SaaS solutions such as Ellucian Data Connect, working alongside experienced engineers and product leaders to build software that makes a real impact. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, learn modern technologies, and contribute meaningful solutions from day one.
Where You Will Make an Impact
- Design, develop, test, and support new platform features.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute across the full stack, building user experiences and APIs.
- Participate in Agile development practices and team collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including API and developer guides.
- Improve software quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language, preferably JavaScript or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience with frameworks such as Node.js and React.
- Familiarity with Git and command-line tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
