In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will build and maintain robust API interfaces and server-side infrastructure for Workato’s UI and backend. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design elegant, scalable solutions and contribute across the full development lifecycle. You will write clean, testable code and evaluate architectural improvements to support rapid, secure product growth. This position offers the chance to impact a cloud-native platform trusted by top enterprises and to help advance our API-centric backend at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Rails development xqbhyrx experience
• Strong knowledge of Ruby
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
• Experience with Redis/Memcache caching, PostgreSQL
• Open source contributions are a plus
• Social and analytical problem-solving skills
