Senior Software Engineer– Salesforce Full Stack Developer (Xico)
ResponsibilitiesLead full‐stack Salesforce development, architect scalable applications, drive API‐led integrations with MuleSoft, build AI‐powered solutions using Agentforce, mentor the team, and ensure high‐quality delivery across large initiatives.Qualifications5+ years of experience or 6+ years in software development.Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).
Proficiency in object‐oriented design, design patterns, and scalable system design.Hands‐on experience with web technologies, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and web services.Strong understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and query languages (SOQL/SQL).
Experience with testing frameworks, quality engineering practices, and automation.Ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast‐paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, mentor, and communicate risks effectively.A demonstrated AI‐first approach to engineering — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute beyond core specialty.Experience using AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows.Advanced prompt‐engineering skills and ability to write precise, structured prompts to produce reliable, secure, production‐ready AI outputs.Experience with MuleSoft and API‐led architecture.Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.Experience building AI‐powered solutions (e.g., Agentforce).
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and test‐automation frameworks.Salesforce certifications (Platform Administrator Certification, Platform DeveloperII preferred).
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
