You will be joining an evolving agile team that includes Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and fellow Engineers. You will be working in a team that actively encourages openness and respect for one another. You will work alongside your team using transparent processes to inspect, adapt and continuously learn and improve.\ N
Key Responsibilities\ N
Deliver high-quality code using modern languages and frameworks.\ NParticipate in agileceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.\ NWrite and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests.\ NCollaborate with QA to support automated testing efforts.\ NContribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\ NDeploy code to various environments and support releases.\ NSuggest improvementsto CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.\ NMonitor and respond to system errors and logs.\ NDocument technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.\ NStay current with best practices and apply them in your work.\ N
What will you need to succeed?\ NEssential Skills\ N
Proficient in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, or other .NET languages\ NFamiliarity with REST APIs and API integration.\ NWorking knowledge ofboth NoSQL and relational databases.\ NGood understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.\ NStrong communicationskills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.\ N
Desirable Skills\ N
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in development or production environments.\ NExposure to microservices architecture.\ NUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.\ NFamiliarity with feature toggling and A/B testing.\ NAwareness of security best practices (e.G., OWASP Top 10).\ NInterest in mentoring junior developers or apprentices.\ N
