C# software engineering position in a highly growing startup, developing a
document IDE for non-engineers .
Responsibilities
Design and implement classes and methods for an IDE for documents.
Refactor existing code for better extensibility.
Interview with users to understand their daily work and pain points.
Propose innovative and feasible ideas to achieve unprecedented features.
Write unit tests and conduct code reviews.
Participate in overall architecture design and technology selection.
Qualifications
Fluent in coding with C# (minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment).
Fluent in English communication.
Experience developing user‑facing products.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts.
Experience with GitHub and code review processes.
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
Belief in writing clean, efficient code.
Experience with Flutter-based or desktop application development is a plus.
Experience in a startup environment (nice‑to‑have).
Fluent in Korean communication (nice‑to‑have).
Technical Environment
Languages: C#, (partially) Rust, Python.
Frameworks: .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8.0.
Database: SQLite, Amazon RDS.
Logging/Analytics: AWS CloudWatch, Elasticsearch + Kibana, BigQuery.
CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions (self‑hosted runner on Windows), Azure DevOps.
