The Opportunity

Be responsible for development, test automation and testing as part of a scrum team (Agile). The primary responsibility is the effective assurance of product quality through the execution of the test strategy, including test automation, code inspections, peer review, and white‑box testing.

Key Responsibilities Review business requirements and functional/technical/design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables. Create clear, concise, detail‑oriented test plans/cases, identify unclear or conflicting requirements, and enhance user stories with acceptance criteria when needed. Introduce and refine automated testing solutions. Perform manual testing for software functionality, data validations, transformations, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional, technical, and design specifications and requirements. Isolate, replicate, analyze, and report defects and verify defect fixes. Proactively communicate with Scrum Master, Business Analysts, and Developers about open issues and test status. Qualifications & Experience +4 years of relevant QA technical experience. Experience implementing automated testing solutions at an enterprise scale. Excellent critical analysis skills. Clear, proactive communicator (written and verbal). Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks based on priority. Solid grounding in different levels of testing: Web services/API testing (using Postman), functional testing (both desktop and mobile), regression testing, and performance testing. Familiarity with common tools used for the different levels of testing (e.g., JMeter, Jasmine/Mocha, Locust, Cucumber, Gherkin syntax, Cypress, Browser Stack). Experience with Git Hub and Jira. SQL skills. Basic knowledge of Cloud Services. Knowledge of ADA requirements. Experience with Agile methodology. Experience with test automation (major plus).
