Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)Software Engineer – Developer to join the Special Projects Dallas (SPD) P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) team in Richardson, TX. Our teams is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Software Engineer – Developers.
At Boeing, our software engineers use their expertise to dream up next generation software capabilities for some amazing aerospace platforms. The Boeing SPD AAS team provides the mission systems software that runs on the P-8A to provide the warfighter the ability to perform mission and tactic planning, interface with the sensor, display sensor data to the operator, and replay missions. The team also provides the capability to train fleet operators on the AAS mission by adding simulations to the baseline P-8 Training system. In this role, you will execute the full lifecycle development, including software engineering life-cycle design, development, integration and maintenance support for the P-8A AAS Mission Systems contracts.
Position ResponsibilitiesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range for Lead level (Level 2): USD $106,250 - $143,750
Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 3): USD $135,150 – $182,850
