About the role

We are strengthening our Full‑Stack Development team with motivated, passionate Full‑Stack Java Engineers with multithreading skills for high‑impact, technically compelling Enterprise projects across Italy.
As a Full‑Stack Developer (Java) you will work on end‑to‑end digital solutions, building robust Java backends and modern, user‑centric frontends. You will collaborate in an Agile team with technical and functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, secure, and scalable software.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven Java (11+) software development experience, OOP and design patterns.
- APIs REST and system integrations.
- SQL and persistence concepts (ORM).
- Testing frameworks such as JUnit/Mockito.
- Git, pull requests, and branching strategies.
- Experience in Agile contexts and collaboration workflows based on Git.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in consulting or system‑integrator environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Preferred qualifications
- Microservices and cloud‑native architectures.
- Experience on Azure, AWS or GCP platforms.
- Front‑end development with Angular or React and core web technologies.

Compensation
Salary ranges depend on role, seniority, responsibility, skills and experience.
• 1/2 Level Collective Contract for employees from tertiary, distribution and services: €33,500 – €46,500
• 3/2 Level Collective Contract for employees from tertiary, distribution and services: €28,000 – €38,500
