Software Engineering Lead - Java, Angular, AWS/Azure

Builder Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality software solutions for InterQual Customize in alignment with product roadmap and architectural standards
  • Own end‑to‑end development activities including design, coding, testing, and production support for assigned features and components
  • Contribute to system design discussions and ensure implementations follow secure, scalable, and maintainable engineering practices
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to deliver committed outcomes
  • Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote solid engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of hands‑on software development experience with solid proficiency in Java and enterprise application development
  • Experience working in Agile teams and delivering high‑quality solutions using CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools
  • Solid understanding of system design principles, coding standards, and testing practices

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners and mentor junior engineers
