Candidates should demonstrate a security-first mindset, with strong awareness of authentication, input validation, and dependency management.
Experience working in startup or scale-up environments, where ambiguity and evolving processes are common, is highly valued.
Exposure to AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with dedicated Platform or Dev Ops teams is important.
