Senior Software Principal/Lead(Full Stack) .Net & Angular - Hybrid 3 days
Job Title: Principal Software Engineer .Net, React & Angular (Full Stack)
Duration: 1 Year contract
Location: Coppell, TX
Backend Development (C# / .NET)
- Strong experience building and maintaining scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core/.NET,
- Including RESTful APIs, business logic, authentication, authorization, and integration with distributed systems.
Frontend Development (React)
- Hands‑on experience developing responsive, user‑friendly web applications using React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript,
- Component‑based architecture, state management, and API integration.
Database Design & SQL Server
- Solid expertise in SQL Server,
- Including data modeling, stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, performance optimization, and ensuring data consistency across services.
Event‑Driven / Pub‑Sub Architecture
- Experience working with event‑driven systems using Pub/Sub mechanisms (Azure Service Bus),
- Including publishing/consuming events, handling retries, idempotency, and asynchronous processing.
System Integration, Quality & Collaboration
- Strong understanding of full‑stack integration, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to collaborate closely with QA, product, and DevOps teams, participate in design discussions, and
- Contribute to CI/CD and automated testing practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ï· Conceptualize, design, review programing, test, implement and deploy software applications using the
appropriate documentation, processes, and quality standards.
ï· Provide design and input to business plus lead the project with prior expertise collaborating with clients, IT resources, vendors,
consultants, and other stakeholders to identify the user requirements, assess technologies,
recommend, and implement technical solutions.
ï· Applies analytical skills to understand system requirements.
ï· Applies knowledge of application architecture principles
ï· Performs formal code reviews to ensure specifications and standards are met.
ï· Applies defined code management, build, and deployment standards and practices.
ï· Independently applies problem solving skills to investigate and research complex system problems to
establish root cause and resolution.
ï· code reviews to ensure accuracy of coding, create technical documentation; utilize software configuration, version, and
quality management processes.
ï· Work with project participants to maximize productivity, effectiveness, and timely completion.
ï· Work independently with minimal direct supervision; exercise independent judgment to obtain results.
ï· Independently applies problem solving skills to investigate and research complex system problems to
establish root cause and resolution.
ï· Mentoring and sharing information willingly when appropriate; recognize confidential information and handle with
discretion.
ï· Special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
ï· Minimum of 6-10 years in a structured environment working on systems, applications, programming,
development, testing, implementation, and deployment required.
ï· At least 6-10 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in: C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, .Net 5+, T-SQL,
REST API, Entity Framework
ï· At least 5 years of demonstrated experience on modern UI development with Angular 10+, bootstrap,
CSS 3+, HTML 4+, TypeScript
ï· Experience writing W3C compliant accessible HTML5 markup.
ï· Familiarity with modern JavaScript command-line tools such as npm
ï· Software development lifecycle using structured processes.
ï· Practical knowledge of Agile principles and prefer ability to lead SCRUM ceremonies.
ï· Experience with cloud development (Azure preferred)
ï· Competent with tool use to manage the following functions: code management, unit testing, integration
testing, version control, and prototyping.
ï· Mortgage origination experience (preferred)
ï· Understand a broad range of technologies and able to think in terms "enterprise wide" solutions.
ï· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
