Software Implementation Project Manager
The Software Implementation Project Manager leads complex software implementation projects for healthcare customers, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live. This role serves as the primary customer contact, drives cross-functional collaboration, manages project risks, and ensures projects are completed on time and aligned with customer expectations.
What You'll Do as a Software Implementation Project Manager
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
Ensure adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, call notes, and trip reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
Coordinate activities across implementation, data, software services, and client success teams.
Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
Oversee testing, training, go-live, and transition to support.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution.
Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.
Mentor team members and support departmental initiatives.

Pay range for this opportunity is $92,650.00 - $119,900.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
