- 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance for real-time, embedded, or hardware-integrated systems.
- Proficiency in Python for architecting automated test frameworks and system-level validation scripts.
- Experience with C++ codebases to support low-level debugging, technical test design, and system interaction analysis.
- Experience in validating motion control, pick-and-place processes, and image acquisition technologies.
- Experience in testing software within high-fidelity simulation environments and on physical robotic manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and managing the end-to-end defect lifecycle in a multi-site environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with global engineering teams and participating in customer buyoffs.
- Architect and execute comprehensive test plans for real-time control systems governing high-speed packaging equipment.
- Develop automated test suites using Python to validate complex system integrations and hardware-software workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing on software modules for object recognition and motion control.
- Analyze system-level behavior and troubleshoot complex defects through the investigation of C++ code and hardware logs.
- Validate software performance and reliability in both simulated environments and on physical semiconductor manufacturing tools.
- Orchestrate defect tracking and resolution activities using standardized management tools within an Agile framework.
- Lead equipment qualification efforts and customer acceptance testing to ensure final product quality and reliability.
