On our journey to become the benchmark in software engineering for the sheet metal industry, we are seeking a Software Support Consultant .

What you will do
As a part of the Software Support team, you will work cooperating closely with other support teams performing the following tasks:
- Provide L1 -L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.
- Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.
- Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.
- Provide remote or on‑site training when required.
What you need to succeed
- Technical background: Computer Science, Industrial / Mechanical / Telecommunication Engineering or similar technical background.
- 1+ years’ experience in software support or technical customer service.
- Proficiency in English. Dutch knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, MES and ERP applications.
- When needed, travel to subsidiaries or customer on-site locations to lead and direct upgrades, training, meetings and presentations.
