Position: Lead II - Software Testing
Location: Overland Park, KS/ Frisco, TX and Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
- Lead QE activities for the designated domain Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
- Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc. for faster feedback and scalability
- Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
- Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
- Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
- Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Skills Level Corporate - Supply Chain Hands-on QE leadership Strong: 5-6 years
- Strong Telecom supply chain domain knowledge (Order- Planning- Inventory- Fulfillment -ERP) SAP, Oracle ERP experience Automation: Selenium / Playwright, REST API Strong Hands-on: 4-6 years
- Expertise in API & integration testing across Oracle/o9 ecosystems Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years
- Strong SQL/data validation for inventory, allocation, and order data SQL knowledge Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years
- Understanding of validation controls like inventory accuracy, allocation logic, and order fulfillment checks AI-driven quality insights Intermediate: 1-2 years E2E automation across APIs, data validation (inventory, planning, fulfillment) Gitlab, CI/CD tools Expert: 2-4 years
- Manual Testing Expert: 4-6 years Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest Expert: 3-5 years Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Strong
