- Are on a quest for knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (aka still in college)
- Can spare some morning magic (Monday through Friday) to join our crew Have basic English skills (enough to understand why the programmer quit his job... he didn't get arrays
- )
- Have wrestled with version control systems, especially if you've got the Git-factor
- Are familiar with software development methodologies (or at least know it's not about predicting the weather)
- Play well with others in a team sandbox
- Are as adaptable as a chameleon when it comes to learning new tech tricks
