Objective of job
- As Solution Architect of MB.OS E2E Software Journey & Toolchain, be responsible for toolchain architecture design, system/algorithm development and engineering delivery to meet IT RD China business needs from RD departments on Autonomous Driving System, Infotainments, ASPICE SW lifecycle development and MB.OS E2E SWJ topics.
- Good understanding of IT/RD strategies and industry trends, be able to lead/design best IT toolchain solutions according to business requirements following strategy benchmarking industry standard.
- Effective communication and close collaboration with RD partners to ensure value delivery.
- As IT solution architect, collaboration with IT colleagues on architecture design principle, tech levers, AI and other technology topics.
Qualifikationen
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
- 7+ years working experience in automotive industry and among which 3+ years’ experience providing IT solutions preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in toolchain solution architecture design/development/delivery on SW Journey/ASPICE toolchain/autonomous driving/robotics simulation systems/AI etc.
Solid software engineering and architecture design capabilities:
- Familiar with Linux development environment
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as C++/Python/other programming languages
- Experience in designing and delivering complex systems
- In-depth understanding of tech stack of autonomous driving systems, such as planning/perception/localization/control/E2E/VLA/simulation
- Familiar with autonomous driving data formats and middleware: ROS / rosbag / Cyber Record, etc
- Experience on cloud computing, cloud-based platform architectures, CI/CD and DevOps.
- Profound AI knowledge and hands on experience such as agent application.
- Good knowledge of Agile, SAFe, ASPICE.
- Strong self-motivation, team motivation ability.
- Strong ownership, result driven, willing to win.
- Big picture thinking and good insight.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, German is bonus point.
