ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Senior Solution Architect / Technical Consultant
Required Experience- 8+ years in a customer-facing role such as:
- Solution Architect
- Technical Consultant
- Process Consultant
- Customer Success Manager
- Related consulting role
- 5+ years managing executive-level business stakeholders within customer organizations preferred.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in a technical capacity, such as:
- Developer
- Solution Architect
- Technical Consultant
- 2+ years of experience with Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes or technology preferred.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of:
- ServiceNow Playbooks
- Process Automation Designer
- Integration Hub
- ServiceNow integration capabilities
- Strong customer-success mindset.
- Ability to advise, coach, and mentor customers.
- Experience with value consulting/value realization.
- Strong data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience developing customer-facing content and webinars.
- Conduct customer architecture reviews.
- Perform customer capability assessments.
- Provide procurement and supply-chain advisory sessions.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow S2P products.
- Develop product adoption and training content.
- Deliver S2P training to Impact teams.
- Work with CSMs and CSEs to identify low-adoption and undeployed customers.
- Support renewal-risk assessments.
- Partner with Solution Sellers and customer-facing teams.
- Support cross-team programs and adoption tracking.
- Monitor customer engagement and reporting compliance.
- Review and improve NowCreate content.
- Create customer success stories and implementation content.
