As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade analytics deployments for customers with complex technical and business needs. You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes across architecture, deployment, scalability, and long-term value realization.Employment Type: Full-time position employed by a partner agency (3rd party, B2B)WHY JOIN OUR SOLUTION ARCHITECT TEAM?You will work at the intersection of customer success, cloud architecture, and data platforms.You will help customers solve complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance challenges across Sisense environments.You will collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success to shape best practices and improve the platform.You will influence architecture decisions for strategic customers and high-visibility engagements.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Lead custom multi-node Linux installations and upgrades for Sisense deployments, including troubleshooting complex deployment issues.Own and troubleshoot multi-node Windows-to-Linux migration projects, backup and restore processes, and architecture-related escalations.Perform load testing, interpret results, and provide strategic recommendations for scaling, performance, and resource optimization.Analyze logs, system performance, and infrastructure telemetry to proactively identify risks and optimize customer environments.Partner with customer Application Developers, DevOps, IT teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes.Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, submitting bugs and feature requests, and influencing roadmap priorities.Lead enablement for internal teams, mentor Solution Architects, and support technical interviews for new hires.WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:5+ years of related experience in customer-facing technical roles, with prior experience as a Solution Architect.Hands-on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL/CentOS), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS / GKE.Strong experience troubleshooting distributed systems, networking, security, and system monitoring tools such as Grafana and Coralogix.Advanced working knowledge of MongoDB (or another NoSQL database), including query optimization and troubleshooting.Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to join data across disparate sources and optimize queries.Proficiency in scripting and coding with Bash, Python, JavaScript, and CSS.Experience with load testing tools such as K6 and with modern cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.HOW YOU’LL RAMP:By Day 30: Build a strong understanding of Sisense architecture, deployment models, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes.By Day 60: Independently lead standard and custom deployment activities, troubleshoot escalations, and support customer architecture reviews.By Day 90: Own complex technical engagements end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal best practices and enablement.
