Experteer Overview
As an Associate Solution Engineer at Infobip, you will learn and apply our products and customer solutions under mentorship. You’ll contribute to solution design, delivery, and integrations while gaining exposure to both technical and commercial aspects. The role supports growth into CX consultancy or product expertise, with a focus on helping customers understand Infobip’s value. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design practical solutions and build your skills in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

- Develop foundational understanding of customer businesses to map Infobip solutions
- Assist in designing new solutions aligned with client needs
- Collect technical requirements and draft simple integration plans
- Support handling of technical and security questionnaires
- Conduct demos and proofs of concept (POCs)
- Assist with scoping exercises and service quote estimations
- Support implementation of solutions for new and existing customers
- Deliver technical documentation and enablement sessions
- Configure and implement Infobip solutions per requirements
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
- Stay updated on product changes and market trends
Responsabilità
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field
- Strong interest in understanding business problems and customer needs
- Hands‑on exposure to AI/LLM solutions (chatbots, prompt engineering, basic RAG, API integrations)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English and Italian fluency
- Solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with moderate guidance
- Structured, detail‑oriented, reliable in a fast‑paced environment
- Curious, proactive learner with interest in customer needs and industry trends
