Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Solutions Architect Python to join our team in
Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python application architecture, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and modern data platforms, with a strong focus on
Snowflake. This role requires a highly skilled technical leader who can design scalable enterprise solutions, develop proof-of-concepts, write production-quality code, and collaborate directly with customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end architectures, providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and helping customers maximize the value of cloud and Snowflake technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Python.
Lead solution architecture discussions with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer executives.
Build production-ready Python applications, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Design cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and optimize data pipelines integrating Python with Snowflake.
Guide customers through architecture decisions, technology selection, and implementation strategies.
Create technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation.
Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate technical solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Design scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Participate in customer workshops, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and distributed systems.
Experience designing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and data integration.
Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Snowflake certifications are highly preferred.
Experience with Apache Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar data engineering tools.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Knowledge of AI/ML integration using Python.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django frameworks.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, SSO, and enterprise security standards.
Experience working in consulting or customer-facing technical advisory roles.
