Role Description
- Splunk Implementation Install, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud components.
- Configure Universal Forwarders, Heavy Forwarders, indexers, search heads, deployment servers, and clustering components.
- Onboard logs and metrics from servers, applications, databases, network devices, security tools, and cloud platforms.
- Create and manage indexes, sourcetypes, field extractions, tags, event types, lookups, and knowledge objects.
- Develop SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, reports, and operational views.
- Support Splunk ITSI implementation including services, KPIs, glass tables, correlation searches, and notable events.
- Implement Splunk Enterprise Security use cases where required.
- Dynatrace Implementation Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgent across servers, VMs, containers, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and application environments.
- Configure Dynatrace monitoring for applications, infrastructure, databases, services, APIs, and cloud workloads.
- Implement Dynatrace Davis AI-based problem detection, root-cause analysis, service flow, dependency mapping, and anomaly detection.
- Configure dashboards, management zones, tagging rules, alerting profiles, synthetic monitoring, and real-user monitoring.
- Support integration with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and automation tools.

Role Summary
A hands-on Splunk and Dynatrace Implementation Engineer who will execute observability, monitoring, AIOps, and automation activities on the ground. The engineer will work under the guidance of the Splunk/Dynatrace Architect and customer stakeholders to configure platforms, onboard data sources, implement dashboards, create alerts, integrate with ITSM tools, and operationalize AIOps use cases across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and network environments.
