To strengthen our data backbone and analytics capability, we are looking for a skilled Database Developer who can ensure high-performance databases, accurate reporting, and reliable dashboards. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled SQL/Database Developer with 3 years of experience in database design, development, optimization, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL programming, database performance tuning, data modeling, ETL processes, and troubleshooting database-related issues. The candidate will work closely with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing strategies. Develop and support ETL processes for data integration and migration. Monitor database health, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with development teams to design efficient database solutions. Perform database troubleshooting and resolve production issues. Create and maintain technical documentation related to database structures and processes. Support data warehousing and reporting requirements . Technical Skills Strong experience with SQL programming (Advanced SQL). Hands-on experience with databases such as: Microsoft SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle Database Expertise in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and CTEs. Experience in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning. Knowledge of Database Design and Data Modeling concepts. Experience with ETL tools and data migration activities. Understanding of Indexing, Partitioning, and Database Security. Familiarity with Reporting and BI tools is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud databases on , (), (). Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts. Exposure to version control tools such as . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL and database development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Experience with database administration activities.
