Work Arrangement: Onsite work four (4) days per week,

with a 10:00 PM–7:00 AM MNL shift.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital offer allocations based on defined business rules.
  • Build and maintain audience files for Email, Push, and RCS channels.
  • Serve as a power user of our Customer Data Platform (GrowthLoop).
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for segmentation, targeting, and QA.
  • Develop and maintain SOP documentation.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing Operations team to ensure correct audience integration with deployment systems.
  • Conduct rigorous QA of your own work and the work of your teammates to ensure zero-defect campaign launches.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of advanced SQL experience.
  • Strong written English communication skills; clear spoken English for collaboration.
  • Availability during Pacific Time working hours.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to zero‑defect execution.
  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and process documentation and exercise sound judgment by proactively seeking clarification from the onshore team when instructions are unclear or require additional context.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Teradata data warehouses.
  • Hands-on CDP experience (especially GrowthLoop).
  • Experience with Email, Push, and RCS campaign execution.
  • Background in Marketing Operations or Campaign Operations.
