3. SSRS (mandate)

The primary and mandatory requirement is extensive hands-on experience in Stored Procedures. The candidate should have worked extensively on Stored Procedures in their recent projects, and this should be a key area of expertise.
The revised skill priority is as follows:

1. Strong expertise in SQL Stored Procedures (mandate)
2. SSIS (mandate)
3. SSRS (mandate)
4. .NET (C# and/or ASP.NET) (mandate)
5. VB Script & Class ASP (preferred)

Please focus on profiles where Stored Procedure development has been a significant part of the candidate's recent responsibilities and project work.
