• Analyze existing (mostly Excel + SQL) actuarial reports measures and instruct developers on how to replace these reports within our Segment Data Warehouse.
• Clarification on key calculations and analysis of the underlying data
• In some circumstances, development of requirements documentation and acceptance criteria.

Detailed Job Description:

Analyze existing mostly ExcelSQL actuarial reports measures and instruct developers on how to replace these reports within our Segment Data Warehouse. This may include clarification on key calculations and analysis of the underlying data. In some circumstances, development of requirements documentation and acceptance criteria. The analyst should have prior knowledge and experience with, preferably reinsurance, actuarial reserving reporting processes and would be able to quickly understand firms calc.

Minimum years of experience: 10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Analyze existing mostly ExcelSQL actuarial reports measures and instruct developers on how to replace these reports within our Segment Data Warehouse.
• Clarification on key calculations and analysis of the underlying data
• In some circumstances, development of requirements documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Perform Quality Assurance QA testing to validate that new reports measures meet requirements.
