Senior SQL Server DBA: Performance and Reliability Lead

Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to lead mission-critical database environments across Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake, Postgres, and MySQL. You’ll optimize performance, ensure security, and drive high availability for our enterprise SaaS platform.

You will mentor junior DBAs, collaborate with engineering teams, and implement robust backup/recovery and DR plans while embracing AI-assisted tooling to improve operational efficiency.
