Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SQL Software Developer on behalf of our client in Remote, United States. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise and experience building and optimizing data solutions. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data platforms and pipelines, helping transform complex and disparate data sources into meaningful business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality data solutions supporting critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and solutions.

• Create, enhance, and support ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Analyze, profile, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and reporting needs.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.

• Support the ingestion, processing, and management of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

• Perform data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable data architectures within an agile development environment.

• Document technical processes, database structures, and development standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.

• 1+ year of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Strong experience profiling, tuning, and optimizing SQL queries.

• Experience developing and supporting ETL processes and data integration solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to obtain and maintain required client background investigation and suitability requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data environments.

• Knowledge of streaming and batch data processing methodologies.

• Experience with data ingestion, data wrangling, ETL, and data access solutions.

• Familiarity with modern web technologies, including SharePoint, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Full-stack development experience, preferably with .NET technologies.

• Understanding of both server-side and client-side development concepts.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and applications.
