Job Description
This role is focused on a senior backend engineer who can architect, build, and operate scalable, highly available backend platforms and APIs.
Designing large-scale, high-availability backend systems
Event-driven architecture
Scalability, reliability, and performance engineering
Programming Languages
Elixir (mandatory) — 2+ years of production experience
Strong backend development experience (8+ years overall)

REST APIs

gRPC
Ability to select the appropriate API paradigm based on requirements
AWS (required)

Production deployment, monitoring, and scaling

Kafka (hands-on experience at scale)
