Key Responsibilities
- Design and build front-end, back-end, and database components for custom solutions
- Develop comprehensive application and component architecture strategies across multiple programs
- Architect development strategies covering user experience through backend implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve architectural approaches to meet evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
- Master proficiency in Application Architecture Design
- Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience designing scalable enterprise applications
Mandatory Skills / Requirements
- React.js — 6+ years of hands‑on experience
- Next.js — 2+ years of experience
- Java — 6+ years of experience
- Overall experience: 8+ years in software engineering / application development
- Advanced English communication skills
- Must currently live in Monterrey
Nice To Have / Desired Skills
- Expert proficiency in Java
- Expert proficiency in React.js
- Advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts
- Advanced proficiency in System Integration techniques
