Senior Implementation Engineer

Q2 is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to join our Risk & Fraud Management Service Delivery team, responsible for delivering complex financial institution transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, core conversions, and platform migrations. This role is critical to ensuring Q2's solutions are accurately designed, configured, and implemented to support seamless client transitions during high-impact events.
In this role, you will work with highly configurable, multi-platform solutions that require strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. You will navigate complex financial institution environments, partnering closely with project managers, internal teams, and clients to ensure configurations, integrations, and data mappings are executed with precision and aligned to critical conversion timelines.
As Q2 continues to expand the use of automation and AI-enabled capabilities across our products and implementation processes, you will leverage emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency, enhance client outcomes, and support scalable implementation practices. You will also play a key role during conversion events, which may include weekend go-lives executing runbooks, validating configurations, troubleshooting issues, and providing production support through project completion.
