- • Master's degree plus 8+ years exp
- • No degree, they must have 15+ years' experience in this capacity.
Qualifications
- • Expert Java Development: 8-10 years of deep back-end Java experience.
- • AWS Cloud Native: 3+ years minimum using CloudFormation, ECS Clusters, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and IAM roles.
- • Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices and Event-driven patterns.
- • Databases: Proficiency in both Relational (MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/Cassandra/Mongo).
- • DevOps/CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins pipelines.
Job Duties
- • Design, code, test, and debug high-complexity back-end programs. Perform system administration and integration for "purchased " vs "built " solutions.
- • Provide project management and technical guidance to junior team members; conduct PR reviews.
- • Active participation in Scrum (Daily Standups, Grooming, Retros, and Demos).
