Independently develop, code, modify, test, and debug application programs of varying complexity.

Required Skills
Experience with full software lifecycle development using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, REST/JAX/Soap Web Services, Weblogic, JPA, Tapestry, Hibernate, HTML5, Angular (5+), Angular Material, Bootstrap, Node, Spring (including Spring Boot).
Proficiency with Oracle 11g/12c, PL/SQL, Maven, Log4j, JUnit, SonarQube.
Experience developing detailed designs, optimizing code for performance and reliability, and conforming to coding standards and continuous integration.
Familiarity with Subversion, JIRA, HP ALM, and Agile development methodology.
Understanding of Section 508 ADA compliance and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with rule engine processing.
Ability to provide creative solutions to complex software/system challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer‑facing requirement discussions.
Ability to prioritize, manage status, and multi‑task.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.
8–10 years of experience.

ADf, Drools, JPA/ORM.
Experience transitioning business logic from PL/SQL to Java.
