Job Role Sr JBPM Developer (Telecom)
Location: Miami , FL Onsite hybrid
Pay Rate : $72/hr
Role Overview:
We are seeking a JBPM Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise and business process management experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions across Telecom BSS/OSS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain JBPM-based workflow solutions.
- Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Create and manage Process Definitions, Decision Tables, and Drools Business Rules.
- Develop and administer JBPM workflows for process orchestration across BSS and OSS systems.
- Implement case management, exception handling, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to automate and streamline telecom operations.
Required Skills
BPM / Telecom
- Strong understanding of JBPM Workflow Engine.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling.
- Expertise in Drools Rules Engine and Decision Tables.
- Experience in workflow orchestration and business process automation.
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge with exposure to BSS/OSS systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into process-driven solutions.
Technical Skills
- Core Java / J2EE
- Spring Boot & Spring Framework
- RESTful API Development & Integration
- Microservices Architecture
- SQL/Database Concepts
- Git & CI/CD fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom transformation or workflow automation programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
