Position Overview
Client is seeking a Senior React Developer to support one of our financial services clients in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring candidates to work onsite in Chicago three days per week, with no exceptions.
Candidates must currently be local to the Chicago area. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level React developer with strong front-end development experience, cloud exposure-preferably Azure-and experience with Redux or comparable state management technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and must already be local to Chicago.
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level experience with React and modern front-end development.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure; AWS experience may be considered, but Azure is preferred.
- Experience with Redux is preferred; candidates with experience using other state management tools may also be considered.
- Experience with front-end build tools such as:
- Webpack
- Grunt
- Gulp.js
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript and front-end development practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
