About the role AlayaCare is looking for a Senior Staff Fullstack Developer to help drive the technical evolution of our home care software platform. You will influence architecture and development standards while working on a system that supports health outcomes across the care continuum.

What you'll do
- Architect and build scalable features for our cloud-based home care management platform.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering squads to ensure high code quality and system performance.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into functional software.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers to improve overall team output and technical proficiency.
- Address technical debt and optimize system architecture to support enterprise-level scaling.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in fullstack software development.
- Proficiency in modern web frameworks and backend technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain complex distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working within an agile software development environment.
