The Office of Technology Services seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead development and modernization of critical software systems supporting the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. This on-site position in Baton Rouge involves designing and coding complex applications using the Microsoft development stack, providing technical leadership across multiple program areas, and collaborating with vendors and management to deliver IT solutions that serve Louisiana citizens.
Key qualifications:- Five years of information technology experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- Experience with Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, SQL, Blazor) and web frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, TypeScript, NodeJS)
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise integration
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Experience developing reports with SSRS, PowerBI or similar tools
