Description: Please ensure you are aware of the following: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an emergency team. There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed for each emergency event. By signing your travel contract, you accept the above conditions. You should not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with these responsibilities. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience with sterilizers, Sterrad machines, and ultrasonic systems is required. Additional skills include knowledge of biological indicators, disinfection, high-level disinfection, and robotics. Candidates must be certified for at least 2-3 years. You should have experience in flexible cystoscopy, flexible ureteroscopy, neurology, and cardiovascular procedures. For interviewing purposes, you should be prepared to answer specific questions regarding instrument tracking systems, decontamination, and sterilization procedures. All travelers must be over 65 miles from the facility. References from past supervisors will be required before starting the contract. Candidates must ensure all certifications are up to date. The facility does not accept local travelers. Please ensure RTO is included in your profile before your interview to avoid offer rescission.
