What You’ll Do- Lead structural design projects from concept through final construction documents
- Develop and review construction drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong background in commercial project design
- Experience producing construction documents
- Ability to manage projects from initial concept to completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in structural design
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects
- Work alongside a team of 80+ professionals, including licensed engineers and design specialists
