  • Experience:  Candidates must have 2–4 years of post-school professional experience in structural engineering design. Prior experience working on US-based engineering standard projects is highly advantageous.
  • Software Proficiency:  Mastery of AutoCAD is mandatory, while experience with Revit is preferred. Proficient experience with structural analysis software (e.g., RISA-3D, Enercalc, Hilti Profis) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
  • Communication:  Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required for collaborating directly with US-based team members.
  • Work Environment:  Applicants must possess a reliable, high-speed internet connection alongside a dedicated home workspace.

What We Offer (Subject to Candidate Offer)

  • Health Insurance coverage and Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
  • Full company-sponsored access to premium co-working spaces.
  • A stipend to set up your remote workstation environment.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays.
  • Eligibility for company Profit Sharing Program.
  • Support for continuing education, including relevant technical webinars and professional structural engineering chapter memberships (e.g., structural associations).
  • Work directly with a licensed US PE/SE, gaining deep exposure to US building codes and NCEES qualifying work experience.
