About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our real estate projects in Bopal, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, site supervision, quality control, and ensuring construction is executed according to approved drawings and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and optimize structural designs and drawings.
- Perform structural analysis using STAAD Pro.
- Prepare and modify structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor structural execution and construction quality.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and other structural activities.
- Ensure compliance with structural design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Resolve structural issues at site and provide technical guidance.
- Review structural calculations and construction methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of structural work while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC design and structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
- Site supervision and quality control expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering specialization preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
