- Designing and supervising the construction of structural framework, foundation, piling and site formation works for Government building projects;
- Advising on maintenance to the structures of existing Government buildings;
- Checking structural submissions;
Requirement:
- Corporate Members of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Structural or Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent; (Note: For holders of qualifications in the Civil Discipline, experience in structural engineering design and practice is required.) (See Note (A));
- Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. (See Notes (B) & (C)).
