• To ensure structural engineering excellence across all project phases—from design and calculations through fabrication to construction supervision—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• This role will coordinate all engineering activities and provide technical leadership on structural works.
• This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional who holds a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) qualification and is passionate about structural engineering excellence.

• Coordinate all engineering activities including design, structural calculations, material preparation, fabrication, and construction supervision.
• Monitor and inspect subcontractors' technical work, designs, and construction methods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Perform structural calculations for temporary works, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
• Liaise with authorities for project submissions and follow‑up actions.
• Provide technical advice on structural site works and develop design concepts and detailed plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on MEP and residential construction projects.
• Ensure structural integrity and safety across all phases of construction.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Holder of Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Advantageous: Membership of HKIE (Structural Discipline).
• Advantageous: Proficiency in structural/geotechnical analysis software.
• Advantageous: Experienced in main contracting, multi-disciplinary MEP, or private residential projects.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
