Job Description - Coordinate all engineering activities including design, structural calculations, material preparation, fabrication, and construction supervision.
- Monitor and inspect subcontractors' technical work, designs, and construction methods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Perform structural calculations for temporary works, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
- Liaise with authorities for project submissions and follow‑up actions.
- Provide technical advice on structural site works and develop design concepts and detailed plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on MEP and residential construction projects.
- Ensure structural integrity and safety across all phases of construction.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidates - Holder of Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Advantageous: Membership of HKIE (Structural Discipline).
- Advantageous: Proficiency in structural/geotechnical analysis software.
- Advantageous: Experienced in main contracting, multi-disciplinary MEP, or private residential projects.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
