Job Overview:
-To provide technical due diligence for upcoming projects;
-To supervise the day-to-day activities of the Design Engineering Staff.
-To ensure all Design Engineering Plans related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project
-To implement detailed engineering and land development cost until project completion;
-To ensure that the awarded contractors are aware of the design parameters and construction considerations;
-To evaluate construction costing by conducting in-house estimate;
-To evaluate the potential contractors through the bidding and awarding process in collaboration with Materials Management Group and
-To conduct inspections to ensure quality output of contractors.
Qualifications
-With at least 3 years of experience in handling Real Estate projects specifically in construction, and engineering
-Should be a Licensed Civil Engineer
