Structures Program Manager - Fleet Efficiency

Elevate your skills in program management with a Structures Program Manager role within the Fleet Efficiency team in Mirabel, Québec. Collaborate with Customer Services to support the A220 aircraft operators effectively.
As part of the Fleet Efficiency team, you will ensure the economic operation of the A220 fleet. Engage in critical program reviews, manage significant in-service issues, and anticipate operator needs. Your experience in customer services and aerospace engineering will be essential as you lead initiatives and participate in governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Fleet Efficiency at program review meetings
• Manage Major & Significant In-Service Problems
• Proactively support A220 operators’ needs
• Analyze fleet performance and implement improvement actions
• Lead customer communication plans for major events
Requirements:
• Aerospace Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in engineering or customer services
• Advanced English and French proficiency
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Knowledge of aerospace and relevant regulations
