Job Details
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel while maintaining project schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience conducting subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.
- Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as required.
